Hi, I’m Maddy. I’m a private chef and ambiance enthusiast, constantly on the lookout for places where I can create an intimate dinner party, lunch, picnic, or aperitivo.. whether its at your dining table, in your backyard, or somewhere less expected but surprisingly charming (like on a tennis court, pictured here)

I trained in both cuisine and pastry in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu, where I absorbed anything I hadn’t already learned from my grandma, my aunt, and my childhood surrounded by cooking, eating, and traveling with my family. I then sharpened those skills working at Gem, Frenchette, and il Buco al Mare.

Now, between NYC and the Hamptons, I’m cooking for dinner parties, gatherings, installations, family weekends… anything is possible, all you have to do is inquire.
